Return Policy

We want every gift to arrive in excellent condition. Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Please keep the original packaging if possible; it helps us process returns faster and more safely.

Personalized items, trophies, awards, engraved products, branded corporate kits, perishable products, flowers, cakes, final-sale items, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

To start a return, contact our support team at support@gifterkart.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
