Shipping Policy

We support delivery across serviceable Indian pincodes. GifterKart focuses on corporate gifts, couple gifts, birthday gifts, marriage gifts, friendship gifts, hampers, personalized gifts, trophies, and event awards for customers in India.

• Standard Gift Orders: Post order confirmation, normal gift orders are delivered within 7 days across serviceable Indian pincodes.
• Personalized Gifts: Custom names, photos, engraving, or branding are included in the 7-day expectation unless the product page or our team states otherwise.
• Corporate Orders: Corporate gifts, bulk orders, branded kits, trophies, awards, medals, plaques, and special event requests receive a delivery timeline after on-call confirmation.
• Event Requests: For games, corporate functions, marriage events, school/college events, and community programs, we confirm design, quantity, quote, and dispatch window before finalizing.

Delhivery delivery is free on orders above the qualifying order amount. A ₹50 delivery fee applies below that amount and is shown before payment. Bulk gifting, trophies, awards, and corporate requests may need a separately confirmed delivery timeline.
